Shipping & Delivery Policy
We are amongst few in the direct selling industry who give online order facility and single order shipping facility to the customer. Orders are shipped through registered e-commerce Domestic courier companies only. We provide shipping and tracking details to each of our customers. The Shipping Charges added at the time of online purchase of any order below 40PV points are flat Rs 120/- for any size/weight and any serviceable pin-code by our associated shipping partners. Shipping of any orders above 40PV points is absolutely free. We ensure OTP-enabled delivery for avoiding any kind of theft/loss or fake/false deliveries. As Shipping is will always be a 3rd party service so ISU & its Customers, distributors, buyers have to get bound within work ethics & working patterns of courier companies, Hence delivering the shipment subject to Courier Company norms. ISU is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company once packed after we receive the order and payment or as per the delivery date. Delivery of all orders will be done to the registered shipping address of the buyer as per the online order. ISU is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. If a Parcel reaches your place in a visibly damaged condition if the packet is opened, simply refuse to accept, inform us over below number and return the same to Courier Compan.
In any case, if the customer fails to receive the order then it will return back to the company, in this case, the company make the first to & fro shipping charges of that order, and now to get it back, the customer is liable to pay ISU the 2nd time shipping charges of Rs 350/- flat. ISU also offers you an option to pick it for free from a nearby ISU franchise office (if available). In no case, the company will bear the 2nd shipping charge. The customer has to be attentive and alert and receive the call of the delivery boy and shall receive the shipment when attempted. Generally, courier company's delivery boys make a maximum of 3-4 attempts by calls to contact you in 3-4 days, if still, you are not contactable due to any reason, your order will be returned back to the company. Hence delivering the shipment subject to Courier Company norms as per this explanation & ISU is not liable for non-receiving and returning back of shipment if undelivered by courier company. Returns that happened in such cases are not liable for the company's buy-back/order cancellation/refund.
If in any case any order is lost by Courier Company or found returned from some midway, without any attempt of delivery then it is the responsibility of ISU to send the order again once it is confirmed by the shipping company about the same, in such exceptional cases we expect cooperation in good faith from our customers.
